Archie's Restaurant & Pizzeria

This is probably one of my go-to Italian spots in NewMarket. The staff are incredibly friendly and super helpful at recommending dishes to try. The food is always super fresh and flavoursome, and the great atmosphere really adds to the overall experience. The price point is average for the city, but with the quality of the ingredients I would definately say it's good value for money.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday and booked a table just in case. It was fairly busy when we arrived at 12.30pm. We ordered 2x Pizzas, a Fettuccine and a Resotto to share between 3, Adults and 2x Kids. The food came out fast and the portions are a good size. Excellent value and authentic tasting

Me and my friend had dinner out at Archie’s, and although I’m not usually a review kind of person, the service at Archie’s was so fantastic I had to leave a review! Our server was Francois, who was attentive, lovely and very helpful. He gave a lovely suggestion after we weren’t able to order the tiramasu, of a lemon tart that was fantastic! He provided fantastic service throughout the night, and I commend his ability to be helpful at any moment we needed him without feeling intrusive as some other places we’ve dined at were. Other servers who also provided us water and menus throughout the night were just as respectful and attentive. I would truly recommend this place. The food was fantastic, and there was plenty of it for the serving size. Atmosphere inside was a little busy, but sitting outside provided us the opportunity to get away from some of the buzz. Would recommend!

Have been visiting this restaurant for years now, and there’s a reason I keep going back. Very generous food portions, the taste is always consistent, and the staff are always polite. Personal favourite is the seafood pasta, prawn linguine and the beef salad. Pizzas are always cooked to perfection. The owner is personally there often and his passion for the restaurant is undeniable. Keep it up!

Visited for lunch and everything hit the mark. The Seafood Salad and the Meat Lover's Pizza are definite must-tries, and they genuinely don't skimp on portions—enough to feed a small army! Service was top-notch and super friendly. Consider me a repeat customer—I'll be back ASAP

first time going here and trust me IT WAS REALLY GOODDDD. we didnt make a reservation in advance, but thankfully because we were only 2 people so there was few small tables available. so if you are coming in a large group, definitely make a reservation first. the food was really incredible, the portion is quite big for me, so me and my friend ordered one spaghetti pollo and one salmon pizza and we shared together. we really loved it. the waiter even gave us free garlic bread even though we did not order that. overall the service and food are really great. i really recommend this place.

Such a lovely find! We really fancied a good Italian so popped by for a quick lunch and were greeted with smiles and super lovely staff. Super efficient service alongside simply lovely people. The buzzing atmosphere of this place did remind us of a lovely pizza trattoria in Italy. In passing conversation we mentioned we’re on our honeymoon and were greeted with a very delicious surprise from the staff - thank you for making the start of our honeymoon so lovely and putting smiles on our faces
